These terms apply to everyone who visits or shops on the not so naive website. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them along with our privacy policy and our shipping and returns page.

1. Using this website

• You must be at least 18, or shopping with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• Please give us accurate details when you place an order or contact us.

• Don't misuse the website, try to break into it, or use it for anything unlawful.

2. Products and colours

We take care to show every piece as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen, and small variations in fabric, print or finish are part of how garments are made. Measurements and details on each product page are a guide.

3. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian rupees (INR).

• Shipping charges, taxes and any discounts are shown at checkout before you pay.

• Payments are processed securely at checkout. We never see or store your full card details.

• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an error, we'll contact you before going ahead with the order, or cancel it and refund you in full.

4. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is received and you get a confirmation from us. We may cancel an order if a piece is out of stock, if there's a pricing or listing error, or if an order looks fraudulent. If we cancel, any amount you've paid is refunded to your original payment method.

5. Shipping

Delivery options, charges and estimated timelines are shown at checkout for your address. Delivery times are estimates and can change during busy periods or because of courier delays outside our control. Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.

6. Returns, exchanges and damaged items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, contact us with your order number and photos as soon as possible after delivery, and we'll help put it right. Returns and exchanges are handled as described on our shipping and returns page and as communicated at the time of purchase.

7. Our content

All photos, designs, text, logos and other content on this website belong to not so naive and can't be copied, reused or sold without our written permission.

8. Liability

We do our best to keep the website accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of New Delhi.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
